Vancouver Condo Market Update - Conditions Continue To Favour Buyers
Since July we've seen a dramatic dip in the average price of downtown condos. Interestingly enough, except for Coal Harbour the prices of condos in the area have gone up since last year.
September sales were 41.6 per cent below the 10-year September sales average of 2,597.
